Make money from your blog?

For some time now, I have been researching on how to make money from the Internet. There are many ways indeed but, finding a legit online money making business that cost nothing to begin with, is like looking for needle through a hay stack!
Tonight I researched specifically on making money through a blog. I'm not in need of money, neither do my family circumstances drive me to do so. However, being in a foreign country (residing temporarily), not being able to work, being a stay at home mother, I have a strong urge to create something, at least just for my self.

As you can see, this little blog of mine, is still in infancy! Its just a few days old! Hehehehe! My goal is to see if anything can come out of it. Obviously, because I have not got website traffic yet and, because I have got nothing smart to say, if I ever am going get anything out of this blog, its going to take a hell of a long time. BUT! That's not a slightest problem for me as I have another 4 years of being a 'stay-at-home mom'!
I am not expecting much really. I just want to know if its ever possible for me to make, my currently worth $0 blog, turn into even just $o.1 cents!

Anyone can start a blog. But not everyone can think of ways to make their blogs earn money for them. Of course there are many ways that come to mind, but true money making ideas.....?

Maybe because I am already unclear of how, means that I am not one who can? But seeing as I have the time, I hope to get more of an insight on how people get successful at this.

Well, I didn't start this blog for this sole purpose. Actually my main intentions is just to rattle on. A place for me to let out everything, be stupid, share stories/recipes/feelings! This blog is my cyber mate! He listens to me, even when my hubby can't!

I am starting to talk rubbish now. *Zips lips* Goodnight for now.

P.S: If anyone has any recommendations on how I can achieve the goal above, I'd be most happy to hear about it.
I'm not a crazy or greedy person. I'm just a bored housewife with a dream! Everyone has dreams right?!

Iron Chef

Today I, Cinnamon Lee Chen Wright, am gonna get off my lazy bum and attempt to make roti prata. Whether it will be a success or not, we'll just have to wait and see! Will be having my fish curry from last nights left overs, with the pratas, providing they are edible!

Well, heres the finish product. If I had to rate my self? 6 or 7/10! I need to practice stretching out the dough more. Wonder how those tamils do it so well, somemore can throw in the air one!

Jeff liked it though, so at least I didn't have to throw it away =)

SALE SEASON !

The winter sales has come. There are sales all over Europe! From clothes, to hardware! I haven't bought any clothes this year, as I still have plenty to get through! Seriously I think my interests have shifted to house things - things to make my life easier!

I did manage to pick pick up a few good buys that my next child will hopefully, put to good use! Well I still can use the Food warmer for Edison now, when we travel or happen to be out for the day! And then theres my new nursing bras which were a bargain at just 7.90€! They look and feel quite good, and seem like they would be supportive. The cheapest I've seen in Singapore, is also SGD29.90, which is double the price! Too bad, I only manage to get two of the bras. All the ones on the shelf were damn big! Made me feel so small!

Here are some of my good buys:

The original price of this infant carrier/car seat was 49.90€, but was slashed to 26.90€!

Bought the bottle warmer at 39.90€ ( Not sure if this was normal price or sale price, but still think its a must especially when travelling!)

I also bought a feeding chair, but couldn't find a picture of it online, so can't show it off! Hahaha! Well I got it for one of my best friend's lil gal! 2 more months till I get to go back for our home trip. By then, baby Isabelle would be around 7 months! Hopefully Linda (Isabelle's mom), will be able to go without a feeding chair until then!

I know with Edison, he was a horror, and still is when it comes to meal times! I remember, he was 4 and a half months old when I tried to get him to take his first cereal. I ended up changing my mind and, waited for another month until he was just over 5 months old, then I tried again, he wasn't any better! hahaha! He really is those "play comes first" type.

The other night, Jeff and I were discussing about the education system in Singapore. I really hope that I wont have to see my children go through so much stress.

I really believe that, just as it is important for children to receive a sound education, so is being able to play and be stress free, like a child is by nature. Imagine, we adults, be it when we start working, or if not, like me......a mother and a wife, the amount of stress we face. Imagine if you had high levels of stress in your life since childhood. That's sad! Of course some stress is uncontrollable.

Web Banner is up!

Finally found the motivation to make my own web banner. I am damn lazy when it comes to all these! Its not that I dont have the interest, but I guess time is also such a contraint.
I don't have the time to sit in front my laptop, unless its after my precious goes to bed. Well, nevermind, hopefully I will get it looking uniquely mine.....oneday?!

I am really very sleepy after all this.....hahaha, Jeffrey and Edison are long, fast asleep. I guess as it is a Saturday tomorrow, and I'm planning to go out, I'd better keep this post short.
Tomorrow, I need to do a small grocery shopping for:

1. Fish
2. Potatoes
3. Spinach
4. Carrots
5. Chicken

We're going to have Fish Curry this week. I really have to start getting through my packets of curry (1 and a half bags), as the expirey dates are approaching. Funny, I just realised that since I came back from my holidays (2 months), I have only cooked curry once! Starting to crave for curry =P

My first post...

Yeah, hopefully this blog wont be a halfway thing for me. I havent really kept a blog since 8 years ago! Really am quite behind in how to fancy this little blog of mine, but that shouldn't stop me!
